Hope Elliott is a mindfulness practitioner, facilitator, researcher, and social entrepreneur whose work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with deep listening, authentic connection, and a commitment to collective wellbeing. With a background spanning health promotion, clinical research, health equity, mindfulness education, and community engagement, Hope brings a uniquely holistic perspective to her work with individuals, organizations, and communities.
Hope is the founder of Black Bamboo Wellbeing, where she provides consulting, program design, facilitation, mindfulness education, and wellbeing-centered experiences that support individuals and organizations in cultivating healthier, more equitable, and more connected ways of being. She is also a yoga teacher, retreat designer, and wellness educator who has spent more than fifteen years studying and practicing mindfulness and holistic health approaches.
At The Creative Discourse Group, Hope supports research, facilitation, and community engagement initiatives with a particular focus on trauma-informed practice, relationship-building, and centering lived experience. She has a remarkable ability to create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and valued, helping participants navigate vulnerable conversations with trust and authenticity. Her carefulness, emotional intelligence, and commitment to honoring the uniqueness of each person's experience strengthen every project she touches.
Hope's professional journey began with a degree in International Relations and a deep interest in globalization, collective wellbeing, and the interconnectedness of people and communities. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside leading researchers, healthcare organizations, community-based organizations, and mission-driven businesses, advancing efforts related to health equity, prevention, education, outreach, and systems change.
Known for her thoughtful presence, curiosity, and compassion, Hope helps ensure that TCDG's work remains deeply human, community-centered, and grounded in the wisdom of lived experience.
